The 2020 Acura MDX has a maximum seating capacity of seven passengers. However, this is if the second row is not upgraded to Captain’s Chairs. The Captain’s Chairs are available with specific packages and give the second-row passengers more space and luxury. If the MDX has these special seats, then the seating capacity is a maximum of six people.
Cargo Volume in the 2020 Acura MDX
Up to seven people means you may have lots of belongings. With every row of seats up, the 2020 Acura MDX offers over 15 cubic feet of room. The third-row splits 50/50 to provide more room if those seats aren’t occupied. With this row of seats down, you will now have 45.1 cubic feet of room. If that isn’t enough, the second row can also fold down. How this row folds depends on whether your MDX has the available Captain’s Chairs. Those with these upgraded seats can hold each side down. The standard second row of seats are split 60/40 when you put them down. With both the second and third rows down, you will have over 90 cubic feet of space to put whatever you need to transport in!
