Go straight to the service center
We already know you’re coming, so you don’t have to do anything unusual when you come. Stop by the service garage and let us know you are here for your appointment. We’ll take down some of your key information and you can verify what services you want to be performed.
When you schedule your appointment, make sure you select your transportation option. You can either drop off your vehicle, take a shuttle, take advantage of our comfortable waiting area or take a loaner vehicle. It’s very important that you indicate you’d like a loaner vehicle at the time of scheduling to ensure that we have one available to you. Keep in mind you have to be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license and have full-coverage insurance. We ask that you do not smoke in these vehicles and that the car doesn’t leave the Virginia-D.C.-Maryland area. Loaner vehicles are not available for services that take under two hours to perform because loaner cars are limited.
