I dont usually do reviews but the service i received at this dealership could not go unnoticed. Everyone at this dealership is just amazing and so accommodating. I was here to purchase my second car because i had such a great experience the first time. My sales rep was Toni Nazir and he is one of th...e most genuine guy at the dealership he will do everything to make sure your experience is accommodating and smooth, if you go for a new car purchase i highly recommend. Sam is another guy i would like to mention who is in management, he is also very great and very nice guy. Amazing experience Show more

Amends have been made. The parts manager reached out to me and expressed his serious apology about the trouble. Parts were sent to me and I received a check for the value of the parts.

Had an amazing experience this morning at this location. I did not call in for service but was greeted very promptly and cordially (by Rigo). My request was handled swiftly and conveniently to my schedule. I was able to receive a loaner vehicle without reservation and had minimal impact on my work d...ay. Ideally I would have scheduled this in advance but today Acura came through for me. Thanks to Acura for their continued excellent service. Show more

Due to an accident, I had to purchase a new/used car.  I had the BEST experience with Tony Nazir.  First off, he didn't harass me with non-stop calls and emails -- like so many other car sales people!  He sent me the information on the car that I was interested in and then followed up periodi...cally with a few texts just to make sure that I had what I needed from him.  Then when I was ready, he was there and ready to show me the car that I was interested in. As we talked, and he figured out what other options I wanted, he offered to show me another car with those options.  He NEVER pressured me -- always said, "it's up to you."  I can't stand pressure.  I absolutely LOVE my car, and the process was painless thanks to Tony. And he was even responsive after I bought the car and texted him with a few questions. I would recommend Tony to all of my family and friends. Show more

I first walked in to Radley Acura to get my first MDX in 2005.  Twelve years later I am still going back.  I am brand loyal, but I am also loyal based upon the customer service I receive.  I have ALWAYS received excellent customer service from my salesperson, Al Gavri, as well as the Sales Manage...r Sam Yohanns. There has never been any "hard sell" and I have never felt "pressured" to buy anything.I may not buy the most expensive car on the lot or be a VIP, but I certainly feel like one when I am there.  I am always addressed by name, as are most of the customers that come and go when I am there, and the staff goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.  This is not just from the front of the house - the mechanics, the guys who wash the cars, the people in the finance department - everyone of them is friendly and attentive.Service Director Jeremy Logsdon has made it his mission to make sure everyone who interacts with his service team receives the highest level of service possible, and will often be seen interacting with customers to make sure they are getting what they need in a timely manner.I recently had my battery fail in front of my house, on a day filled with back to back appointments.  I made one call to the dealership and Jeremy made sure I had a loaner car being delivered to me within the hour and took my car back to the dealership to be repaired.  I never missed an appointment.As Acura is a Luxury Brand, one would expect that to roll over into the appearance and comfort of the Service Department waiting area. This area has been struggling in recent years to be a welcoming environment, however the powers that be who own Radley Acura have finally caught up with the times.  Their service department has just received a major renovation and should be completed anytime now, and the sales department is undergoing that same transformation as we speak...While I always personally feel welcome whenever I walk into Radley Acura, it will be nice to finally walk into Radley Acura and SEE that it represents a luxury brand.  It's been a long time coming, and I don't see myself leaving this Acura dealership anytime soon.  Why leave somewhere that treats you like a member of the family? My husband wanted to buy some cars for our grandkids. I knew it was going to be difficult, but our neighbor went above and beyond to help us through the process - he works at Radley Acura. I've been a VIP customer since 2014 thanks to both Max and Robin Chang. I've had nothing but great services from Radley since. Thankfully all covered under warranty. Proud owner of a special edition make/model that they don't make any more. Excellent car and it's easy to maintain. It...'s getting to the point where Radley continues to bug me about trading it in every year because of its value. I'm not looking for another deal for something I don't want. Because I love my car and my next car would most likely be an Acura for when it's time :) Show more
